The Garmin Deluxe Carrying Case for StreetPilot and GPSMap 176 (010-10231-01) systems is barely worth it. Everything rattles around inside of this case providing no real protection. Any bag would work as well, or may be the Hard Shell GPS Case For The Garmin StreetPilot 2610, 2620, 2720, 2730, 2820, C310, I2, I3 GPS Systems will provide more protection.
But beyond that it is large enough to fit my widescreen unit, the power cord with traffic adapter, windshield mount, and the splitter I use to power my phone & GPS with a single outlet. I expected this item to provide some sort of padding to protect the GPS unit itself. It doesn't. In addition I've got a large pair of spare sunglasses in an outside zippered compartment. This suits my needs and would earn five stars if only there was some padding.
After doing some research regarding this bag. Decide to order it & find it really nice. Not the BEST bag however just practical & allow me to keep all garmin stuff together in this bag. Very nice & would recommend anyone wo likes to keep Garmin stuff together to get this one.
I was expecting something better from Garmin for my $20. I'd rather have bought a small-sized camera bag (i.e. Mountainsmith Focus II) that would hold and protect my Nuvi 760 and then some.
Fits all the stuff, GPS, cables and holder for my 4.3" Garmin - it even has 2 extra pockets to hold a small flashlight, a multi-tool and EZ pass transponder.I call it my "man bag" when traveling. Do you ever wonder how to ensure all the GPS materials are in one place when you change cars - or what to do with it all, when a parking attendent takes the car away. This bag is the answer. Everything in one place. Perfect.
